Jake commenced with Power Community Limited in 2016 and has over 15 years' experience working in the AFL industry and 10 years’ experience in the not-for-profit sector. Jake has a passion for harnessing the power of sport for community engagement and social impact with expertise that spans operational management, strategic planning, governance, business development, stakeholder management and CSR.
Christine Glenn - Head of Programs
Christine, a proud Mununjali and Bundjalung woman, joined Power Community Limited in 2021 as a Community Programs Officer before progressing to Team Leader in 2024. Christine brings extensive leadership and experience working with First Nations youth and communities including her time with the South Australian Aboriginal Secondary Training Academy (SAASTA) and Netball SA. Christine is passionate about community-based initiatives having founded a number of First Nations sporting groups and pathways to contribute to healthier, stronger communities.
Will Northeast - Community Programs Team Leader
Will commenced with the Port Adelaide Football Club in 2013 and has worked across multiple departments before joining Power Community Limited in 2019 where he has advanced from Youth Programs Officer to Community Programs Team Leader. Inspired by his great-grandfather’s World War II service, Will is deeply passionate about supporting Australian Defence Force veterans as well as current serving and family members.
Ebony Noack - Community Programs Officer
Ebony, a proud Yankunytjatjara woman, successfully won a highly competitive AFL SportsReady traineeship in January 2024 hosted with PCL. The traineeship encompassed a Certificate III in Sports, Aquatic & Recreation. Upon successful completion and a stand-out performance, Ebony was offered a full-time Programs Officer role. Now stepping into the full-time role, Ebony has been valuable in supporting the development, design, and delivery of PCL programs. Connected to community and culture, Ebony has a passion for inspiring the next generation of First Nations young people combining sport and education.
