She is also a co-founder of the South Australian Women’s Fund and sits on the boards of St Peter’s College and Channel 44 Community Television.

Fiona is a passionate advocate for gender equity and social inclusion, working closely with community groups on issues such as women’s rights, economic participation, and the prevention of domestic violence.
She has represented Australia at key international forums including the International Council of Women and the 2024 Women20 Summit in Rio de Janeiro, where she contributed to policy recommendations for advancing gender equality globally.
PCL is pursuing strategic growth across key pillars including First Nations, CALD communities, the prevention of gendered based violence and ADF Veterans and families. Fiona’s appointment strengthens this focus, and we are delighted to welcome her to the board.
